Pickleball was introduced at the Heaton Tennis and Squash club in October 2022 when the Bradford u3a formed a pickleball group. Initially the group met for one session a week but after a year we now have 3 sessions a week. The players organise the sessions using a WhatsApp group where they also share general information about the game and coaching tips and drills. This website is an archive of the tips and drills posted to the WhatsApp group so they are available to new members and easy to find for existing members. It is not intended to be a comprehensive or structured pickleball coaching website. It’s a resource in support of Heaton Club and Bradford u3a pickleball players. However, it may be of interest to others.
